The Regulation on the Amendment to the Regulation on Credit Transactions of Banks published in the Official Gazette dated 16.08.2019 and numbered 30860, and the Article 11 / A entitled “Additional Documents Required by Banks” of the Regulation on Banks Credit Transactions.
The Law No. 7101 on Execution and Bankruptcy and the Amendment to Some Laws was published in the Official Gazette dated 15.03.2018 and numbered 30361 and entered into force. With the said Law, amendments were made on the Concordat with the amendments made to the 286 and subsequent articles of the Execution and Bankruptcy Law No. 2004.
